Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel 4 weeks or more before your holiday, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel less than 4 but more than 1 week before your booking, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than 1 week before your booking, we are unable to provide a refund.

Regardless of cancellation periods, in the event of a cancellation, 25% of the overall booking fee will be kept to cover service, and third party expenses.
